1.1 Purpose
These terms govern the relationship between Blossom and Blossom members (hereinafter 'Members') who use Blossom services (hereinafter 'Services'), and aim to enable members to safely and beneficially use the services.

- Services: English diary writing, AI tutoring, community, games, media content, and all other services provided by Blossom
- Member: Users who agree to these terms and use the services

- Point Charging: Various charging packages from 10,000 won to 100,000 won
- Bonus Benefits: Additional points provided based on charging amount (maximum 20,000P)
- Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, KakaoPay, NaverPay support
- Point Exchange: 100 won = 1 Golden Flower exchange rate
3.2 Golden Flower System
- Acquisition Methods: Diary writing, game participation, community activities, ad viewing
- Usage: Premium content purchase, tutoring reservations, broadcast advertising
- Point Conversion: Golden Flowers can be converted to cash-value points
- Support System: Revenue generation through followers' Golden Flower support
3.3 Premium Services
- Premium Subscription: Access to all premium features with monthly subscription fee
- Exclusive Content: Blossom TV premium-only content
- Ad Removal: Remove all ads for clean learning environment
- Priority Support: Priority customer support and fast response

- Victory Rewards: 50-100 Golden Flowers for game wins
- Win Streak Bonus: Additional 50 bonus for 3 consecutive wins
- Daily First Win: 30 bonus for first win of the day
- Ranking System: Special rewards and badges by tier
4.3 Community Rewards
- Activity Rewards: Points accumulation for follows, comments, shares, and other community activities
- Broadcast Advertising: Community promotion possible with 500P~1000P
- Group Participation: Experience points and points acquisition for language exchange and study group participation

5.2 Privacy Protection
- Minimum Information Collection: Collect only minimum information necessary for service provision
- User Consent: Require explicit consent for personal information collection and use
- Data Retention Period: Automatic deletion within 30 days after service termination
- No Third-Party Provision: Prohibit personal information provision to third parties without user consent

- Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use and distribution of others' works
- Legal Violations: Actions that violate relevant laws

- 3rd Suspension: 30-day suspension of entire service use

- Immediate Processing: Process within 24 hours after termination request
- Data Deletion: Complete deletion of personal information and user data
- Point Refund: Cash refund of remaining points (processing fees deducted)
- Subscription Cancellation: Automatic premium subscription cancellation and refund
10.3 Post-Termination Recovery
- Recovery Period: Account recovery possible within 30 days after termination
- Recovery Method: Re-registration with same account information
- Data Recovery: Deleted data cannot be recovered
- Point Recovery: Re-charging necessary for refunded points

These terms take effect from September 1, 2025.
Article 2 (Relationship with Existing Terms)
Existing terms are replaced by these terms, and existing terms apply to actions before the implementation of these terms.
Article 3 (Other Matters)
Matters not specified in these terms follow relevant laws and Blossom's service operation policies.
These terms are regularly reviewed and updated for Blossom's continuous development and user experience improvement.
