💰 Blossom Paid Service Terms of Service

Scope: All Blossom Paid Services


📋 Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service and members regarding the use of Blossom paid services, as well as other necessary matters.

Applicable Services:

  • 💎 Premium Subscription: Access to all premium features with monthly subscription fee
  • 🎮 Game Items: Golden Flowers, game boosters, special items
  • 📚 Premium Content: Blossom TV exclusive content, advanced learning materials
  • 👨‍🏫 Professional Tutoring: 1:1 video classes, customized learning plans
  • 🛍️ Blossom Store Products: Merchandise, coupons, lifestyle products
  • 🎙️ Broadcast Advertising: Paid promotion services within the community

📝 Article 2 (Terms Publication and Revision)

2.1 Terms Publication

  • The service takes technical measures to enable members to print and confirm the entire terms.
  • The service provides a separate page to help members easily understand important content such as withdrawal of offer before agreeing to the terms.

2.2 Terms Revision

  • The service may revise these terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws such as 'Content Industry Promotion Act', 'Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act', and 'Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions'.

2.3 Revision Notice

  • General Revisions: Notice on service initial screen 7 days before application date
  • Unfavorable Revisions: Notice 30 days before application and separate notification through electronic means such as email, electronic messages, and consent windows during login
  • Implied Consent: Considered as consent if no expression of intention within notice period (except for explicit refusal)

2.4 Actions for Revision Refusal

  • If a member does not consent to the application of revised terms, the service cannot apply the revised terms, and the member may terminate the service use contract.
  • If there are special circumstances where existing terms cannot be applied, the service may terminate the service use contract.
  • Members may claim compensation from the service for damages resulting from contract termination.

⚖️ Article 3 (Terms Interpretation)

Matters not specified in these terms and interpretation of these terms follow the 'Content Industry Promotion Act', 'Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act', 'Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions', 'Content User Protection Guidelines' established by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, other relevant laws, 'Blossom Terms of Service', or commercial practices.


📢 Article 4 (Member Notifications)

4.1 Notification Methods

  • When the service notifies members, it may do so through in-service email addresses, electronic messages, etc., unless otherwise specified in these terms.

4.2 All Member Notifications

  • The service may substitute notifications for all members by posting on service announcements for 7 days or more.
  • However, for matters that significantly affect individual member transactions, notifications are made according to paragraph 1.

📋 Article 5 (Paid Service Content Publication)

5.1 Required Publication Items

The service clearly displays the following items on the initial screen or FAQ of the relevant Blossom paid service for easy member understanding:

  • Service Information: Name of Blossom paid service or name, address, phone number of paid service provider
  • Price Information: Detailed prices and discount benefits by service
  • Usage Conditions: Service usage period, restrictions, available features
  • Refund Policy: Conditions and procedures for exchange, return, warranty, and refund

5.2 Detailed Information Provision

  • Service Quality: Service level and performance indicators
  • Support Scope: Customer support and technical support content
  • Personal Information Processing: Matters regarding personal information collection, use, and provision

✍️ Article 6 (Service Contract Formation)

6.1 Application Procedure

Application is made through the following or similar procedures provided by the service. The service provides information about each item so members can accurately understand and transact without mistakes or errors before contract formation:

  1. Service Selection: Confirmation and selection of paid services
  2. Payment Information: Selection of payment method and input of payment information
  3. Final Confirmation: Confirmation of paid service application or consent to service confirmation

6.2 Approval Restriction Reasons

The service may not approve or may defer approval if a member's application falls under any of the following:

  • Fraudulent Use: Cases where paid services are used through improper methods or cause problems with service quality
  • Technical Issues: Cases where there are no available facilities or technical or operational problems
  • Legal Restrictions: Cases where there are usage restriction reasons under relevant laws

6.3 Contract Formation and Fee Payment

  • Contract Formation: The time of contract formation is when 'Registration Complete' or 'Purchase Complete' is displayed in the application procedure
  • Fee Payment: Members must pay usage fees according to usage conditions for each service after agreeing to these terms

⚠️ Article 7 (Paid Service Suspension and Changes)

7.1 Service Suspension

If the service cannot provide Blossom paid services due to business category conversion, business abandonment, or business integration, the service notifies members through methods specified in these terms and compensates members according to conditions initially presented by the service or guidelines and relevant laws.

7.2 Service Changes

  • General Changes: The service may change all or part of provided Blossom paid services for operational or technical reasons when there are reasonable grounds.
  • Change Notice: Post related matters on the initial screen of the relevant service before changes.
  • Major Changes: For changes that are major or unfavorable to members, notify through methods specified in these terms, and members who do not consent to major or unfavorable changes may terminate Blossom paid service contracts according to Article 8.

🔄 Article 8 (Member Withdrawal and Contract Termination)

8.1 Withdrawal of Offer

  • Members who have entered into contracts with the service and Blossom paid service use contracts may withdraw offers within certain periods according to relevant laws.
  • Withdrawal Restrictions: Blossom paid services include services where withdrawal is impossible according to 'Content Industry Promotion Act' and 'Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act'.
  • Restriction Measures: In such cases, the service takes necessary measures according to relevant laws to restrict withdrawal rights.

8.2 Contract Termination Reasons

Members may terminate or cancel Blossom paid service use contracts when any of the following reasons exist:

  • Service Defects: If Blossom paid service defects cannot be supplemented or corrected by the service within 1 month from the date of receiving the service
  • Terms Changes: When members terminate or cancel Blossom paid service use contracts due to disagreement with terms revision or service changes

8.3 Refund Processing

  • When members terminate or cancel Blossom paid service use contracts according to the preceding paragraph, the service refunds fees received from members according to conditions initially established by the service, guidelines and relevant laws, or these terms.

8.4 Joint Liability

When the service, the person who received payment for Blossom paid services, or the person who entered into contracts with members are not the same person, each bears joint liability in fulfilling obligations related to withdrawal of offer.


🚫 Article 9 (Service Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions)

9.1 Contract Termination

  • The service may terminate contracts without prior notice or restrict service usage for certain periods according to relevant provisions when members engage in prohibited acts specified in Blossom Terms of Service.

9.2 Refund Deductions

When refunds are necessary due to reasons in paragraph 1, the service deducts benefits obtained by members from paid service use and processing fees (10% or 1,000 won, whichever is greater) and refunds according to the following:

  • Usage Period: Deduct amounts corresponding to actual service usage period
  • Processing Fees: Deduct processing fees for refund processing
  • Balance Refund: Refund remaining balance to members after deductions

9.3 Refund Processing Deadlines

  • General Refunds: The service must refund to members within 3 business days from the date of responding to contract termination expressions using the same method as payment.
  • Payment Method Restrictions: If refund through the same method is impossible, this must be notified in advance.
  • Payment Confirmation Required: For payment methods requiring payment confirmation, refund within 3 business days from payment confirmation date.

9.4 Refund by Payment Method

  • Credit Cards/Electronic Money: When refunding, the service requests payment method providers to stop or cancel claims for goods, etc., without delay when members pay through credit cards or electronic money.
  • Exceptions: However, this may not apply to cases other than paragraph 2 and exceptions in paragraph 2, item 1.

9.5 Termination Effect

  • Effect Occurrence: Termination and cancellation in paragraph 1 take effect when the service expresses intention to members through notification methods established by the service.

9.6 Appeal Process

  • Appeal Procedure: Members may appeal through procedures established by the service regarding service termination, cancellation, and usage restrictions.
  • Appeal Recognition: When the service recognizes the appeal as just, service use is resumed immediately.

⏰ Article 10 (Usage Period)

10.1 Basic Usage Period

  • Basic Period: The usage period for Blossom paid services is 1 year from the purchase date unless otherwise specified in advance.
  • Period Expiration: Services whose periods have expired lose usage rights and are deleted from the inventory.

10.2 Service-Specific Usage Periods

  • Premium Subscription: During the monthly subscription fee payment period
  • Game Items: 1 year from purchase date (except for special items with separate specifications)
  • Premium Content: 1 year from purchase date
  • Professional Tutoring: According to scheduled class schedules
  • Blossom Store Products: According to product delivery and usage periods

🛡️ Article 11 (Member Damage Compensation for Paid Service Defects)

11.1 Damage Compensation Standards

The service processes matters regarding damage compensation standards, scope, methods, and procedures for member damages caused by paid service defects according to 'Content User Protection Guidelines'.

11.2 Compensation Scope

  • Service Quality: Damages due to substandard service quality
  • Technical Issues: Damages due to system errors or technical problems
  • Privacy Violations: Damages due to personal information leaks or misuse

11.3 Compensation Procedures

  • Report Reception: Receive damage reports and confirm damage content
  • Investigation: Investigate damage causes and scope
  • Compensation Decision: Determine appropriate compensation based on investigation results
  • Compensation Implementation: Promptly implement determined compensation

⚖️ Article 12 (Liability Limitations)

12.1 Force Majeure

The service is exempt from liability for paid service provision when services cannot be provided due to law changes, natural disasters, or similar force majeure.

12.2 Member Fault

The service bears no liability for service usage obstacles caused by member fault unless the service is at fault.

12.3 Third-Party Disputes

The service bears no liability for disputes between members or between members and third parties regarding paid services unless the service is at fault.


💰 Article 13 (Refunds and Exchanges)

13.1 Refund Policy

  • Withdrawal of Offer: Possible within 7 days after purchase (except for digital content)
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds possible based on service usage period
  • Processing Fees: Processing fees are 10% or 1,000 won, whichever is greater

13.2 Exchange Policy

  • Product Exchange: Physical products can be exchanged for identical products
  • Service Exchange: Exchange possible for other services of equal price
  • Exchange Deadline: Exchange applications within 30 days after purchase

14.1 Technical Support

  • Basic Support: Basic technical support provided to all paid service users
  • Premium Support: Priority technical support for premium subscribers
  • Support Hours: Weekdays 09:00-18:00 (Korea time)

14.2 Customer Service

  • Inquiry Response: Email response within 24 hours
  • Urgent Inquiries: Response within 4 hours
  • Phone Support: Phone support provided to premium subscribers

🌍 Article 15 (International Services)

15.1 Regional Services

  • Korea: Perfect support for all paid services
  • Japan: Localized payment systems and customer support
  • Taiwan: Traditional Chinese support and local culture customization
  • Southeast Asia: Support for Vietnamese, Thai, and Indonesian
  • Europe: Support for Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Portuguese

15.2 Payment Systems

  • Local Payments: Support for each region's local payment systems
  • Currency Support: Price display and payment in regional currencies
  • Tax Processing: Tax processing according to each region's tax laws

📅 Article 16 (Terms Changes and Notifications)

16.1 Change Notifications

  • General Changes: Notice 7 days before implementation
  • Important Changes: Notice 30 days before implementation
  • Notification Methods: In-app notices, email, website

16.2 Consent Procedures

  • Implied Consent: Considered as consent if no refusal is expressed within notice period
  • Explicit Consent: Explicit consent required for important changes
  • Consent Refusal: Service use contract termination possible for users who do not consent

17.1 Governing Law

  • Applicable Law: Laws of the Republic of Korea
  • International Transactions: International agreements such as UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
  • Dispute Resolution: Arbitration rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Center

17.2 Jurisdiction

  • First Instance: Seoul Central District Court
  • Appeal: Seoul High Court
  • Final Instance: Supreme Court
  • International Disputes: Seoul Central District Court jurisdiction

Existing paid service terms are replaced by these terms, and existing terms apply to actions before the implementation of these terms.

Article 3 (Other Matters)

Matters not specified in these terms follow relevant laws and Blossom's service operation policies.


These terms are regularly reviewed and updated for Blossom's continuous development and user experience improvement.
